Key Account Manager).
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Tourism, or similar
(alternatively Sales experience) - Fluency in English and 1 of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Slovak, Lithuanian, Romanian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Bulgarian, French, Czech.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Main Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through cold calling.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with your own acquired clients & follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Present and sell Nordic Apartrent’s accommodation solutions to potential clients.
- Contact local landlords across Europe to coordinate accommodations tailored to clients’ needs.
- Negotiate prices and send quotations.
- Log all activities and interactions in our CRM system.

- The yearly gross salary for this position is 780 000 CZK, structured as follows:
- Base salary: CZK 480 000 gross/year (fixed)
- Commission (paid on quarterly basis): CZK 300 000 gross/year (Based on performance, assuming 100% of sales targets achieved)
Your bonus/commission will increase accordingly: the better your performance, the higher your earnings.
