The best company booths of the Spring Job Fair ŠANCE 2024!
From April 16th to 18th, 2024, another edition of the Job Fair ŠANCE took place at the Prague University of Economics and Business, where more than 100 companies and institutions presented themselves. We let the fair visitors vote for the TOP exhibiting company/institution.
All fair visitors had the opportunity to vote for the best exhibitor, but it was mandatory for those who wanted to participate in the visitor competition. An anonymous questionnaire was used for evaluation, available in both Czech and English to allow foreign students to participate.
The main criteria for evaluation were the booth appearance, overall impression of the booth visit, and the friendliness of the exhibitors. Visitors voted for the TOP company/institution, and their votes were subsequently counted and evaluated for each day of the fair. We are now pleased to announce the winners for each day of the fair.

- Wednesday, April 17, 2024 – The LEGO Group, LeitnerLeitner, Publicis Groupe
- Thursday, April 18, 2024 – STOCK Plzeň-Božkov, The LEGO Group, Douglas
Tuesday
On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the highest-rated exhibiting company was PwC Czech Republic. They impressed students with a fantastic corporate presentation, meticulously prepared, and particularly with their friendly and approachable demeanor. They offered positions in consulting, internships in auditing, or positions in the taxation field. In addition to job opportunities, they also offered Angelato ice cream, which was very well-received by students.
In second place was KPMG, whose representatives were very kind, helpful, and positive. They provided students with information about job positions in auditing, consulting, marketing, and the M&A team.
The third place was taken by Kaufland due to their friendly and pleasant approach. They offered internships and trainee programs to students, as well as positions as consultants, data analysts, or sales positions.
Wednesday
On Wednesday, April 17, 2024, the most successful exhibiting company was The LEGO Group, whose representatives were very welcoming, kind, and communicative, providing all the necessary information that interested applicants. They offered positions in auditing, marketing, or the sales department, whether part-time or full-time.
Second place was taken by LeitnerLeitner, where visitors once again appreciated the willingness and friendliness. The positions offered were primarily Junior Accountant, Junior Tax Consultant, and Tax Advisory.
Third place was awarded to Publicis Groupe for their friendly approach, engaging demeanor, openness, and effort to explain the operation of the entire company. The positions they offered to applicants were in marketing, data analytics, or consulting.
Thursday
First place for Thursday, April 18, 2024, was awarded to STOCK Plzeň-Božkov, whose representatives were very kind, humorous, and answered all questions. They offered students diverse positions, whether it was a position as an HR manager, IT specialist, or marketing specialist, but also office assistant or positions in controlling, finance, or logistics.
Second place was once again taken by The LEGO Group, where students appreciated the opportunity for interactive engagement through a quiz.
Third place was awarded to Parfumerie DOUGLAS, which offered students professional makeup and CV photography as part of the accompanying program. Their representatives were very kind and willing to help. They offered positions in the HR department, as well as positions in stores or at reception.
