Summary of Career Workshops in Winter Semester 2025
In the winter semester 2025, the VŠE Career Centre prepared a total of 14 workshops for students and alumni, focused on both professional and personal development. Twelve of them were held in Czech, while two workshops took place in English so that international students could also participate.
The workshops and lectures were led by experienced professionals – career counsellors, coaches, inspirational speakers, HR specialists and other experts from practice. Each of them provided participants not only with concrete advice and proven methods, but also with support, encouragement, and a realistic perspective on their career journey. Students left with new information as well as inspiration and motivation to continue on their professional and personal path with greater confidence. This semester covered the following topics:

The workshops took place throughout the semester, with most of them held during the autumn edition of the Job Fair ŠANCE, which took place on October 14–16, 2025. Eight workshops were held online and the remaining six took place in person at the university.
To further improve our services and adapt them to students’ needs, we collect feedback from participants after each workshop.
