If you are still unsure which field would be the best fit for you, Career Centre and Academic Centre FBA VŠE is giving you the opportunity to have your psychological diagnosis concerning personal disposition for your career done.

Career Centre and Academic Centre FBA VŠE has a variety of psychological examinations to help you find out more about yourself and your future career options.

Psychological diagnosis is available for 4. and 5. year students who have not undergone it yet.

Psychological Diagnosis Process

As participant you undergo a set of psychological diagnosis examinations, which are taken under standard laboratory conditions with the presence of psychologists of the Academic Centre. The examination includes solving a set of experimental tasks under a time limit as well as filling out personality questionnaires (no time limit). The examinations usually take three hours in total.
Afterwards, you will set a date for an online consultation with the psychologists, where the results of your examination will be explained to you. You will also learn about your personality dispositions concerning your career. This is followed by a couching interview, which will be focused on the further steps concerning your career decisions. Based on your examination results, you can include your personal characteristics in your decision process (for example your confidence, reasoning, resilience, motivation type, decisiveness and more).
